Resonac
F2 Chemicals Ltd is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Resonac Corporation.
On January 1, 2023, Showa Denko KK and Showa Denko Materials Co., Ltd. (formerly Hitachi Chemical Co., Ltd.) merged and transformed themselves into two new companies, namely a holding company named "Resonac Holdings Corporation", and a manufacturing company named "Resonac Corporation".
Resonac Corporation is divided into five business sectors:
- Semiconductor and Electronic Materials Segment: High-purity gases for electronics, CMP Slurries, Die bonding films for semiconductors, Glass Epoxy Multilayer Materials, Hard disks, SiC epitaxial wafers
- Mobility Segment: Molded plastic rear door mudules, Plastic gears, Lithium-ion battery materials
- Chemical Segment: Ethylene, Ecoann ammonia, Graphite electrodes
- Innovation Enabling Materials Segment: Synthetic resin emulsions “Polysol,” Electrical Insulating Varnishes, Non-stick coating chemicals, Ceramics for capacitors “SUPER-TITANIA,” Aluminum products (cast rods, forgings, extruded products, cooling devices)
- Other Segment
Resonac has more than 180 subsidiaries and affiliates, with overseas operations in USA and several European and Asian countries.
